Lewis & Clark Professor Focuses the Nation on Global Warming Solutions


Eban Goodstein organizes massive national teach-in

PORTLAND, Ore., Jan. 30, 2008 -- Lewis & Clark College economics professor Eban Goodstein is the creator and lead organizer of Focus the Nation, a massive national teach-in on global warming solutions that has marshaled the support and participation of more than 1,500 colleges and universities across America.

Focus the Nation, headquartered at Lewis & Clark, was scheduled to culminate in campus events across the country on Jan. 31 involving students, civic leaders, activists, and politicians.
